Seriously? Who's offended by this? I would expect most people who'd been attacked by a shark would find this funny, I know I do.
Look, people can't claim to believe in free speech and then whine when somebody exercises it. Unless great white sharks can read billboards, this doesn't incite violence or harm to anybody, so I don't see the problem.

Why does anyone care what PETA says or does?
They do this shock marketing and the media always fall for it.
Hilarity? Puh-leeze! I'd rather be one of those humorless trolls since I despise humor. Also, I'm like PETA in that I'm violent, revengeful, and humorless.
