President Obama forked over a half billion dollars of tax money to the utterly failed solar company Solyndra, which in turn forked some of it over to his campaign. See this is how Washington works? Politicians give other peoples' money to friends who promise to give some of it back to them as campaign donations.
Like we saw with the bailed out banks and Fannie and Freddie, the executives are very generous to themselves and love to hand out lavish bonuses for merely showing up for work. Solyndra is totally bankrupt and of the 1100 workers they had, only 84 remain and now the executives want to award themselves $500,000 in bonuses for a job well-done.
Nobody can account for the half billion we gave them, yet they continue to shower each other with our money, and all without a peep from their benefactor, Obama.
