Greece is perfect example of what NOT to do

Greece's parliament passed harsh austerity measures last week in a last-ditch effort to avoid total collapse. Predictably, the citizen recipients of Greece's very generous, socialist give-aways are none to happy about having to actually work now. They clash with riot police daily as in this picture.

We smug Americans watch and think those crazy Europeans, that can't happen here. It almost did happen with the Occupy crowd of soapless degenerates. This is what happens when you have generations of citizens whose lives are entirely underwritten by the government and then you try to take away that support. They riot to get their stuff back. Greece is a perfect bellwether for trouble when a welfare state nears economic collapse. Our government overlords should be paying attention.....but they aren't.
