“The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of ‘liberalism’ they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.”

UK journalists doing American journalists' job for them

So it's being reported by British journalists that the US State Department had as much as 48 hours notice that something bad was afoot in Libya....something bad enough that had the State Department taken action, the diplomatic personnel would have gone on high alert....thereby saving their lives.

Why Obama and Hillary Clinton chose not to take any action regarding this 9/11 intelligence is a mystery unless you accept that this administration cares less about the lives of its citizens than it does about insulting Muslims.

What a treacherous media we have that instead of investigating this scandalous outrage, they are obsessed with Mitt Romney's "tone" regarding his statement criticizing Obama for the handling of the Libyan and Egyptian messes.

With 50 or so day until the election, expect the media to say nothing negative or even ask Obama difficult questions. In fact, expect them to begin predicting Obama's win as a foregone conclusion.

@Ed "expect them to begin predicting Obama's win as a foregone conclusion."

You mean Obama's win isn't a foregone conclusion?

Not exactly, Isaac. But I guess you'll vote for him because the likelihood of the complete abandonment of Israel is not only the wind beneath your wings, but is the single-issue upon which you vote, am I right?

Actually, Ed, I am not going to vote. I consider it my patriotic duty.

I can respect not participating in the kabuki theater that is American electoral politics, but that's more of a long-term issue. What about trying to make life a little easier on ourselves in the short term by voting for the one who we think has the best chance of doing that?
